Position: Duct Technician

Project Duration: 30 to 60 days

Daily Rate: SAR 135 per day (including transportation and on-site lunch)

Payment Frequency: Every 30 days.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Duct Technician for a temporary assignment lasting between 30 to 60 days. The technician will be responsible for the installation, testing and commissioning of duct systems according to project specifications and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Duct Technician Certification.
• Must have prior experience in ductwork installation, testing and commissioning.
• Must have personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes and a safety helmet.
• Required to have their own tools necessary for ductwork tasks.
• Adherence to all safety protocols on-site is mandatory.

Additional Information:

• Daily rate of SAR 135, which includes transportation to the site and lunch during working hours.
• The position is temporary, with the project expected to last between 30 to 60 days, depending on the workload and project progress.
• The technician will be paid on a monthly basis.

Position Overview:

The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing purchase orders, and maintaining supplier relationships to support operational needs while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to meet material requirements.
• Track deliveries, resolve supply issues, and ensure timely receipt of goods/services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including pricing, supplier performance, and contract details.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to manage budgets and cost control.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements in procurement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, cost analysis, and contract management.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
